Whats a good facial cleanser for oily, acne-prone skin?

This week my acne just went out of control and im wondering if its because of all the extra sweat from stepping up my workout. Can it cause lots of breakouts?

Im also on prescribed acne medication(retin-a, clindamycin, and some pills) but one thing i have noticed is that I only wash my face with water and i am wondering if using a facial cleanser will help me out and which one you would reccomend? Thanks|||omg yes the medication is going to have to work harder to fight skin that isnt clean! then it wont work as well! sweat will def. make you break out...so you must MUST wash your face with a cleanser after.

oily acne prone--idk, but proactiv is a little too harsh even for that kind of skin, i suggest cetaphil cleansers. they are so mild and you dont think they are working (they dont lather) but they are excellent. i also trust neutrogena cleansers. stay away from fancy pancy face wash (commercialized) that you might see...if anything it will probably be too strong or even too cheap-y to do anything|||Yes, wash you%26#039;re face with soap and water. I recomend clearasil or proactive.
