How does drinking 6 glasses of water a day clear acne prone skin?

It won%26#039;t get rid of it 100% but it will certainly help. it will refresh your skin and make it softer, drinking water can also help aid concentration and prevent you from overeating (not suggesting your overweight coz I don%26#039;t even know you, lol).


Eat a healthy diet etc and your skin will become so much clearer.|||I hear people rejecting the influence of water. There%26#039;s another side to this. Can%26#039;t hurt!|||the six glasses a day thing is a myth that most real scientists love to laugh at. all you do is run to the toilet more. drinking 6 glasses has been linked by some to cure every thing from bad skin to cancer, truth is your body takes what it needs and waves bye to the rest.|||definitely does!

I noticed recently that i got into bad habits of not drinking enough water like i usually do and increasing my intake of snacks like crisps (or chips to the rest of the world) and chocolate (candies to the rest of the world!). This resulted in my skin being very oily and I became prone to horrible big spots. however although my diet is still bad I%26#039;ve improved my water uptake and drink it regularly like always after meals and gradual intake during the the rest of the day. and despite the fatty food I%26#039;m still eating I%26#039;ve not had many spots which in itself shows healthy skin (or being on your way to it).





The balancing out fats theory is just something i thought of and don%26#039;t know if there is any kind of scientific truth in it as I%26#039;ve not read anything like this, but to me it makes sense. Drink lots of the good ol H2O but don%26#039;t drown in it! it can make you feel sick when you take down a couple or few glasses in one go.
