Is dial antibacterial body wash good for body acne prone skin?

i have some pimples on my chest and back...im trying to figure out if the antibacterial body wash will kill the germs and help it to go away?|||I know someone who has absolutely GORGEOUS clear skin and all his life he%26#039;s used the original gold Dial soap. Acne can be caused by a number of different things such as stress, bacteria, overactive sebacious glands, genetics, etc., but the only way it will help is if your problem is bacteria getting trapped inside your pores.
